Overview
A completely new digital experience for 5,000+ students and staffs across multiple campuses.
Harambee University's legacy student portal was built a couple of years ago. It worked, but it was slow, hard to navigate on mobile, and caused thousands of support tickets every registration period.
My role was to lead a complete UX teardown and redesign. We standardized all components into a scalable design system, unified the web and mobile experience, and cut the time it takes a student to register for classes by 70%.
